Personalized diets tailored to your disease and disease activity:
o We review what you eat and provide you with tailored dietary goals based on what foods will have the greatest impact on your health. Our eating plans include meal plans to get you started and recipes to help you maximize your health.
Yoga, breathing and mindfulness programs:
o These programs are designed using traditional teachings and research completed by our team. You can select a program that meets your wellness goals. These may include improved sleep quality, stress level, or overall wellness. You can choose how often you want to do this program, and for what length of time. You can follow along with videos or do the movements on your own.
Physical activity programs:
o These are designed by exercise specialists with the highest levels of Canadian certifications. Select from the home, outdoors or gym programs depending on your preference. Decrease sitting and screen time. Videos include demonstrations of the strength activities and modifications for people with painful joints or those who want more of a workout.
Behaviour change supports: are based on cognitive behavioral therapy. These are designed to increase your success and improve your quality of life. You can follow these activities as a series or do individual activities to build your motivation and wellness. Goal-setting activities:
o Each week you set goals you can track in the app. Weekly you receive a report on how well you are tracking your goals.
Group sessions:
o When you subscribe to this app you have the option of attending group sessions and accessing recorded education sessions developed by gastroenterologists and registered dietitians.
